The cost of the room includes the following services: breakfast, daily cleaning, courtesy line for bathroom, linens, maps and brochures, wi-fi, free calling to the national fix
Extra bed will be subject to an extra fees maximum 35% of the cost of the double room for day.
Children under 4 years old can stay free of charge in the bed with their parents or in a cot, provided free of charge upon prior request and availability.
Cotes are provided free of charge upon prior request and availability
Check in: access to room is granted from 2 p.m., however if you arrive earlier and the room is not yet available, you have the possibility to leave your luggage in a secure place until room is ready. For check in over the 23:30 is request a small charge on the cost.
Check out: until 10:30 a.m. after check put it’s possible to leave your luggage in a secure place and pick it uo later , in case of late departures. Early check in or late check out option are available upon prior request (dependent on availability)
Cancelation of your reservation is possible without any penality cost if it’s communicated 7 days before. In case of cancellation within 7 days the first night will be charged. No shows will be charged for the full amount of their reservation
To guarantee your reservation it will be reqest 1/3 of the total cost of your stay that you can pay by money transfer or by credit card
Pets are not allowed
It’s forbidden smoke in the rooms and in the common area
